northern Wisconsin. No, I don’t miss the winters. Yes, I still cheer for the Green Bay Packers (proud Cheesehead!). I love exploring all the East Bay parks with my rescue dog Jelly Bean. When I’m not real-estating or hiking, you might find me scuba diving somewhere warm.
Above all, you should know I am a fantastic listener, I care deeply about my clients, and I go the extra mile to meet and exceed expectations!
My husband and I were impressed with Tracy Butler’s ideas, straight forwardness and ability to get things done to facilitate the sale of our home. This was an emotional time and we needed someone like Tracy who made appointments and provided access to our home for workers, inspectors, window cleaners, etc… while we carried out the daily demands of our stressful schedules. I don’t think we could have done it without her.
Thank you for representing me in the marketing of my home on Cabot Drive. Your help in planning the remodeling and preparing the home were a key part of achieving a quick sale for a substantial overbid. Your efforts were far beyond what I expected. Please feel free to use me as a reference for any future potential clients.
Last year I had to move my parents to a home for Seniors and sell their house, liquidating everything that they couldn’t take with them. Tracy saved my life. Her resources, skills, and knowledge helped us move them, liquidate their remaining assets, get everything repaired that was necessary and sold the house before the end of the year….She was invaluable to me (the only child). The final price was exactly as we had hoped. Her knowledge of the area, the right people to handle everything from repairs to helping my parents to move were impeccable. She did so much more than just act as our realtor. Tracy is smart, compassionate, knows how to market a property, and helps you get things done. You couldn’t ask for a better person to be on your side.
I cannot recommend Tracy Butler highly enough, either as a seller’s agent or buyer’s agent. As a real estate investor, I buy and sell several properties every year and know that I can rely on Tracy to provide me with an accurate analysis of the market, bring qualified buyers to my property, and bird-dog all the details from listing through close of escrow. Tracy operates with the highest level of integrity, is personable, and understands how to tactfully balance the wishes of her clients with her market-based recommendations. You will to regret bringing her on to your team!
Working with Tracy made buying in a crazy market calm and easy. She provided wise and thoughtful guidance. She followed our lead and gave us space and time to think about what was right for us. We never felt pressured to like something or bid higher than we felt comfortable. Tracy was seemingly always available, responding to our calls or emails within minutes and talking through our bidding strategy into the late evening. In the end, Tracy’s keen understanding of the market allowed us to make a perfect bid on a home that was perfect for us. Her instinct, grace, and patience were invaluable to us in our search. We are so grateful that we worked with her. We couldn’t imagine a better realtor and would recommend her to anyone.
Tracy was awesome throughout the entire home buying process. As first-time homebuyers searching in a relatively unfamiliar location (S.F. East Bay), my wife and I needed a fair amount of education. Tracy is extremely knowledgeable about residential real estate in Oakland and the surrounding areas, and she was instrumental in helping us find our new home. Tracy is organized, conscientious, responsive, and patient. From the start of our search through closing, Tracy handled all of the details and paperwork, scheduled inspections, worked seamlessly with our mortgage broker, and ensured the process ran as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
It was a real pleasure working with Tracy. As first time gay homebuyers moving from San Francisco to the East Bay, Tracy was sensitive to our needs and helped guide us through the daunting process of finding the right house and neighborhood for us. Tracy’s extensive knowledge of residential real estate in the greater Oakland area helped us tremendously in our search (we had no idea of all the amazing neighborhoods in Oakland!).
We were living in San Francisco when we started looking for a home in the East Bay. Tracy is very knowledgeable about the market and various neighborhoods. Tracy arranged access to several homes to accommodate our busy work schedules. As the real estate market started to heat up, our offers were being rejected and Tracy had valuable feedback each time. We finally found our dream home, and when the initial buyer’s financing fell through, we got the home! Tracy helped us by keeping us informed throughout the backup buyer process and keeping on top of everything. Thanks to Tracy, we are now living in our dream home. You can always expect Tracy to have great communication, and to go above and beyond to make your new home a reality!
Tracy, we want to express our appreciation for your professional and friendly assistance in selling our house on Keith Avenue. You guided us through all phases of the sale process. As a result of your efforts and expertise, we were able to maximize the potential of our property. Your guidance and experience and referrals helped us to obtain the best professional help to showcase our home and to achieve a quick sale at the full asking price. We very much enjoyed working with you and appreciate all you have done to make this happen. You will have our highest recommendations to anyone who needs realtor services.
I literally never write reviews, but Tracy was one of the BEST aspects of my home buying process that I felt more than compelled to spread the word. I was a first-time home buyer searching for a house/townhouse/condo for months and getting very discouraged. Every day I would stalk online sites to look at properties wishing one would work out. Needless to say, I was a rather anxious customer, I probably would have gotten sick of myself if I were my own client. Once I hooked up with Tracy, however, she was amazing! Tracy was soooo patient with me and simply fantastic. Every time I asked to see a property, she would arrange a showing ASAP. So few people are nearly as responsive as Tracy, even while she was on vacation!
We were so happy to have Tracy support us in the process of selling our home and buying a new one. It could not have been done without her! She is so patient and 100% aware of our needs as clients. I would strongly recommend Tracy to anyone I know!
Tracy helped us buy our first home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! She zeroed in on our tastes quickly and was able to find homes we liked. We didn’t know much about the different neighborhoods in Oakland and didn’t know anything about real estate, and Tracy was extremely helpful and patient with us. She was very flexible with our busy schedules and was always available through phone or email if she had conflicting appointments. I was shocked at how complicated the closing process was. Tracy was knowledgeable and knew just when to step in to nudge others or ask a question. She is totally straightforward which was much appreciated by us. I can give her my highest recommendation if you are looking for a home in Oakland!
I just sold my first house with Tracy. Selling a house is a lot of work – with many technicalities and loads of paperwork! Tracy’s assistance was indispensable. She is straight-forward, thorough, detail-oriented, and kept up good communication. She understands the current zany housing market. Tracy helped me find amiable buyers and a favorable price.
Tracy Butler exceeded our expectations in her performance as a real estate professional while guiding and directing all aspects of the sale of our family home in Oakland. Living in the Foothills two hours from the Bay Area created a stressful challenge for us logistics-wise, and the real estate market was softening month by month. Tracy was very focused and worked tirelessly, handling all aspects of a multitude of inspections; house prepping; scheduling and supervising subcontractors; arranging for broker/agent tours and showings; setting up and directing offer presentations; coordinating with the County and Title Company, basically handling all the issues and problem-solving aspects of a complicated escrow situation involving a simultaneous property line adjustment and home sale. In spite of all the potential difficulties, Tracy made the experience a smooth one, keeping us informed continuously and bringing us multiple offers within one week of our listing.
I also recommend Tracy – she went above and beyond the duty of most real estate agents. I would have no problem recommending or working with her again.
